Missed my long run on Sunday because of traveling, but my week went like this:
Sunday: nada
Monday: 13 miles
Tuesday: 1.5 hours of weight training, 1 mile cool down
Wednesday: 7 miles
Thursday: off
Friday: 5 miles
Saturday: 45 minute cycling class
Sunday: 15 miles
Mileage for the week: 41 miles!
