Monday-Thursday

Monday--I think I ran 5 miles, but I kind of forget.

Tuesday--an hour of strength & weight-training and an easy 4-miler outside

Wednesday--a fast 5-miler (35:15) (despite wicked soreness from the weights/strength training)

Thursday--glorious day of not exercising (still sore, but am enjoying it, means I worked).
