Friday-Thursday

Friday--6 miles with 4 hills, speedy last mile at 6:22 pace at the end.  Felt strong.

-schedule change, long run moved to Saturday, unfortunately.

Saturday-supposed to be 12 miles at 7:30.  Did 6 miles at 7:30, lap 2 of 6 miles was miserable, too hot, drank too much water, felt too dehydrated, ended up walking some, shorted the run by 1/2 mile.  Infuriating run, made I didn't stick to my guns and just do it Sunday.

Sunday- did nothing.

Monday-went out for 10 miler with Chris.  About 4.5 miles in he had crazy knee pain, ran/walked the rest, both disappointed.

Tuesday-1 hour of strength/weights, plus 1 mile run.

Wednesday--first good long run of the week.  Ran 6 fast miles (average 7:12 pace), and then ran 1 mile on the new treadmill at the gym with the horizontal planks tread.  Felt harder to run on it, but liked it.

Thursday--off.
