Tuesday-Friday

Tuesday: 1+ hours weight training, 2-mile run in 13:34

Wednesday: 8 miles outdoors, in rain, legs felt sluggish by the end

Thursday: off!

Friday: 3 & 1/2, 2 hills up to 5 incline.  Made this shorter than usual because running 18 Saturday in Summer Streets.
