Boston Training Week 1

Friday, Dec. 28th: 6 mile run, was sluggish--hadn't run since Saturday because of the holidays

Saturday, Dec. 29th: 45 minute cycling class

Sunday, Dec. 30th: 12 mile run in Central Park, still felt sluggish (could've been related to the cold)

Monday, Dec. 31st: 4 mile run

Tuesday, Jan. 1st: 45 minute cycling class (super difficult class, felt awesome afterwards)

Wednesday, Jan. 2nd: 1 hour weight training and 2-mile run afterwards (14 min.)

Thursday, Jan. 3rd: 4 mile run (did 3.1 in 22), speedier
