Boston Week 3

Sun., Jan 13th: 15-mile run, was difficult at the end because of a headwind, felt great going out.  Run to Inspiration Point and Back.

Mon., Jan. 12th: 1 hour weight training with trainer, 2 mile run

Tues., Jan. 13th: 4-mile run with hills: 5 incline, 4.5 incline, 4 incline

Wed., Jan. 14th: 45 minute cycling class

Thurs., Jan. 15th: day off

Fri., Jan. 16th: 8 mile run in 56:19

Sat., Jan. 17th: 45-minute cycling class--very difficult

Sun., Jan 18th: 12-mile run at race pace.  Felt difficult, especially towards the end.  Had a weird spasm in my side, but it went away and I never stopped running.
